Welcome to Drift Valets. By booking our mobile valeting and detailing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Area

Drift Valets is a mobile service operating primarily within the Blackburn and Accrington areas. Bookings outside this specified radius may be subject to an additional travel surcharge or politely declined. Unit based work in our Darwen studio usually gets you an discount on current prices.

2. Booking, Pricing, and Payments

• Pricing: All prices quoted are based on the vehicle type, size, and the chosen service package. Final quotes are confirmed upon inspection of the vehicle, as excessively dirty vehicles may incur an extra soilage charge.
• Payment: Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the valeting service. We accept [List accepted payment methods, e.g., Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer].
• Deposits: [Optional: State if a non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, especially for full details or high-value services.] (£100 for paint enhancement)

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

4. Mobile Service Requirements

You must provide a safe location for us to work, which typically requires access to off-road parking (driveway or private space). If your chosen service requires access to water and/or electricity outlets, you confirm these facilities will be available upon our arrival. If we cannot safely access your vehicle or required facilities, we reserve the right to reschedule the service, which may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Liability and Vehicle Condition

• Personal Belongings: Customers are required to remove all personal belongings, money, and items of value from the vehicle prior to our arrival. Drift Valets accepts no liability for any loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
• Pre-Existing Damage: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, or mechanical faults discovered during or after the cleaning process. Any new damage caused by proven negligence of our staff will be covered by our insurance policy.
• Vehicle Integrity: We will not perform services on vehicles we deem unsafe or those with heavily compromised or loose trim/parts.

6. Weather Conditions

As a mobile detailing service, we rely on suitable weather. In the event of heavy rain, snow, or high winds, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to the next mutually convenient date.
